✅ Introduce the institute’s courses to students and clearly explain benefits and career opportunities.
✅ Assist students in selecting the right course and provide detailed information about course structure, class schedule, fees and job opportunities.
✅ Contact potential students through social media, website inquiries and referrals for admission purposes.
✅ Visit colleges and other educational institutions to promote courses and increase brand awareness.
✅ Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
✅ Maintain regular communication with students via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
✅ Keep accurate and updated student records and databases.
✅ Assist in organizing seminars, workshops and promotional events.
✅ Capture class activities, exam sessions and event photos/videos for documentation and marketing use.
✅ Collect student testimonials after course completion and maintain strong alumni relations for reviews and referrals.
✅ Create and publish promotional content across social media platforms.
✅ Ensure strong presentation skills for digital and offline promotional activities.
✅ Prepare daily and weekly admission and activity reports.
✅ Coordinate with the academic team regarding admissions and class schedules.
