3. Student Information & Delivery Address

  • Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact details, including email address, phone number and delivery address (if applicable).
  • Flair Bangladesh Institute of Global Skills will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the student.

4. Service & Geographic Restrictions

  • Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any eligibility or technical requirements before enrollment.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon successful enrollment or dispatch, students will receive a confirmation email or message containing relevant details.

  • Digital products and services will be delivered through the registered email address or official learning platform.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all services and materials, delays may occur due to technical issues, courier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • If any physical package or document is returned due to incorrect address details or inability to contact the recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
