COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Nursing SkillPro Certification (NSPC) is a 7-day intensive practical training program designed for nursing students, healthcare assistants and hospital support staff. This program bridges the gap between theory and hands-on clinical practice, equipping participants with essential nursing skills under the supervision of experienced professionals. Each session combines theory with practical demonstrations to ensure competence and confidence in real clinical settings.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Nursing SkillPro Certification (NSPC) from Flair Bangladesh Institute of Global Skills (FBIGS), an NSDA-approved training institute. The certificate validates your proficiency in essential nursing procedures and enhances employability in local healthcare facilities.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

✅ Perform IV Cannulation and safely administer IV fluids.
✅ Execute injection techniques including IV, IM and SC injections.
✅ Accurately monitor vital signs: BP, pulse, SpO₂ and temperature.
✅ Conduct blood sugar testing and interpret results.
✅ Provide oxygen therapy and perform nebulization procedures.
✅ Apply proper techniques for wound dressing and bandaging.
✅ Demonstrate basic suturing skills in clinical scenarios.
✅ Implement infection control protocols and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
